8 Steps to Pet Cremation Service

Step 1: Cremation

  • When a pet passes on, pet owners will have to decide and arrange for their pets to be cremated.
  • Most Singaporeans choose to cremate their pets due to a lack of space to bury them.
  • However, should you choose to bury your pet, do take note of the NEA regulations on pet burial.
  • You may refer to the step 8 on how to go about cancelling your dog's license.

Step 2: Contact Us

  • Please call us at 6232 6617 to let us know your preferred arrangements.
  • Alternatively, you may write in to us via this link

Step 3: Transportation

  • You can schedule for your pet to be picked from home or any veterinary clinic between 8am to 12am daily.
  • Otherwise, you may drop them off during our operation hours between 9am to 5pm. Please contact us for more information via this link.

Step 4: Tagging

  • Once your pet is handed over to us, they will be tagged.
  • This ensures that they remain identifiable throughout the procedure.
  • Rest assured that your pet will be handled with care by our staff.

Step 5: Kept in Cold Rooms

  • Your pet will be kept in mortuary cold storage rooms until their arranged cremation slot.
  • This service is available at no additional cost.

Step 6: Create Keepsakes

  • We understand the pain of losing a fur-lend and will attend to your requests to create memorabilia to remember them by.
  •  Some options include creating paw prints or fur clippings.
  • Please visit this page for More information about Keepsakes.

Step 7: Choose Resting Place

  • Depending on the Type of cremation selected, urns may be passed back to the owners.
  • You will have to decide where you wish to store the ashes, whether in a columbarium, at home, scattering them at sea, or burying them in a common burial ground at our facility.
  • Please visit this page for more information about the Alternative options for pet ashes.

Step 8: License Cancellation

  • For dog owners, you will need to log in to the Pet Animals Licensing System to cancel your dog's license to avoid paying the annual license fee.
  • Do note that death certificates are required. This will be issued upon the completion of the cremation.
